　　Encouragement bears fruit, love builds dreams, and another harvest season arrives, seeing hard work fulfill dreams.

　　On the morning of August 17th, in the enthusiastic opening speech of General Manager Bian Yufu, Jinlong Industrial held a grand symposium to reward employees' children for admission to higher education institutions.

　　Comrade Chen Shiping, an employee of the company, always had a knowing smile on his face. His son Chen Yuhang was admitted to Anhui University with excellent grades. As a parent, he talked about the experience of educating children, which is to give them encouragement, appreciation, trust, and respect during their growth process, so that they can be full of confidence.

　　The employees who participated in the discussion unanimously expressed that the rewards given by the company are not only material support, but more importantly, spiritual motivation, and care from the Jinlong family. As an employee of Jinlong, I feel honored and will work harder in the future to share the same breath and destiny with the company. I will repay the company's concern with practical actions and contribute my own strength to the development of the company.

　　Since its establishment, Jinlong Industrial has always adhered to the principle of putting people first, paying attention to caring for employees, and making the development achievements of the enterprise benefit the majority of employees and give back to society. The "Incentive Measures" were formulated in 2006 and revised and improved in 2021, and the "Encouragement Scholarship Award Fund" was established. Over the past 16 years, it has supported 117 college students, enhanced the sense of achievement and happiness of employees, and won recognition from society.
