　　Happy New Year's Day Gathering - On the morning of January 3, 2015, our company held a themed meeting for all management personnel to welcome New Year's Day. We summarized our past work, criticized and self criticized, identified shortcomings in our work, and made corrections and improvements in our work for the coming year. The general manager pointed out the work goals for the new year.

　　After the meeting, everyone had a joyful gathering within the company, which strengthened internal communication among employees, promoted further harmony in employee relationships, and enhanced employees' sense of belonging and identification with the company.
