　　At 8:30 am, the job fair had not yet officially started, and the square was already crowded with people. Farmers, unemployed people, and graduates from vocational schools and colleges in various towns and villages in the city were full of hope, searching for suitable positions on site. This year's job fair has shown obvious characteristics in terms of employment, with frontline workers, marketing talents, professional and technical personnel becoming highly sought after by enterprises, and the demand has greatly increased.

　　The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau said that in order to ensure the smooth holding of this job fair, the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, together with the Personnel Bureau, Industry Bureau, Development Zone Management Committee, Commerce Bureau, Trade Union, Justice Bureau and other relevant units, did a lot of work before and during the meeting to ensure the smooth progress of the job fair.

　　It is reported that on that day, nearly 150 employers participated in the on-site job fair, providing various skilled workers as well as more than 7840 job positions in finance, marketing, secretarial, management, etc. for migrant workers, attracting tens of thousands of applicants. This job fair has seen a significant increase in both scale and job opportunities compared to previous years.

　　Our company participated in this job fair and plans to recruit 12 employees. Nearly 200 people have submitted job applications.
