All Jinlong people gathered here to solemnly hold the 2007 Work Summary and Commendation and 2008 New Year's Day Celebration Conference.

　　At 9:00 am, General Manager Bian Yufu first gave a work report titled "Overcoming Difficulties, Tapping Potential, Increasing Efficiency, Achieving Enterprise Leap Forward, Grasping the Scale of the Situation, and Building a Good Brand of Jinlong". The report provides a comprehensive, objective, and fair summary of the company's development over the past year, as well as a practical analysis of the current severe situation faced by the enterprise, and proposes new ideas for the company's future development.

　　In 2007, our company adhered to the policy of improving product quality and reducing production costs, which further improved product quality and significantly reduced production costs, achieving good economic and social benefits. The proportion of various business data has significantly increased, especially the monthly average salary of frontline workers has increased by more than 1000 yuan compared to 2006.

　　The report proposed new goals and requirements for the work in 2008.
