Jinlong Foundry has achieved remarkable results in promoting the use of ceramic balls

　　Under the leadership of Chairman Bian Yufu, Jinlong Foundry Group has established "Ningguo Jinlong Energy saving Material Technology Co., Ltd." with the overall goal of promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction in the cement industry. Combine a group of cement grinding experts and ceramic research experts to form an efficient, collaborative, and trustworthy team that integrates cement technology, ceramic technology, and market services. Through formula adjustment and technological innovation, a new type of microcrystalline grinding material using alumina as the main raw material suitable for the cement industry was developed in October 2015, and two utility model patents were successfully applied for.

　　In December 2015, through a two month joint grinding trial with Hongshi Group, the problems of easy breakage of wear-resistant ceramic balls and significant production reduction in cement grinding applications in the industry were successfully solved. This brought great benefits to energy conservation and consumption reduction in the cement industry, as well as an opportunity for the transformation of traditional grinding bodies. It was officially named "Energy saving Dry Grinding Body" and promoted for use. Currently, over 50 grinding machines with a capacity of approximately 3000 tons have been replaced. Remarkable achievements have been made in promoting the use of ceramic balls.
