　　On April 5th, under the coordination of branch organizing committee member Li Zhenyun, the chairman of the company, Bian Yufu, personally led a team, and all party members and management personnel of the company came to the Red Education Base in Xianxia Town to pay tribute to the martyrs during the Qingming Festival.

　　At the Ningguo Special Branch Site of the Communist Party of China in Panzhang Village, they listened to the heroic deeds of revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives and shed their blood, felt their revolutionary spirit of fearlessness and sacrifice, and received the baptism of red traditional education; In front of the first party flag of Ningguo, all party members solemnly reviewed the oath of joining the party. The powerful oath made every party member remember the firm determination to practice the oath of joining the party and establish the firm belief of "never forgetting the original intention, remembering the mission, and always striving".

　　During the interval of the Qingming Festival for martyrs, Chairman Bian Yufu led everyone to sit on the ground and held a special symposium on golden ideas with the theme of "Following the footsteps of our predecessors and seeking the rise of the Tianjin dragon". Party members, based on their own work positions, shared their experiences and thoughts, and focused on the problems and market prospects faced by the production and operation of traditional metal wear-resistant materials and new ceramic wear-resistant materials. They actively spoke up, offered suggestions, and unified their thoughts, inspired their fighting spirit, and clarified their direction around the construction and next planning of Jinlong Industrial Park.
