Jinlong Company launches employee travel activities

　　From August 4 to 7, 2017, the trade union of Jinlong Company carried out summer tourism activities, organized the company's employees and relatives to visit Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area in Sichuan and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area for four days, giving everyone a chance to relax and cool off in the hot summer. Through the implementation of activities, it is possible to enhance mutual understanding among employees, allowing new employees to better integrate into the company family. At the same time, it is also a way to thank employees' relatives for their support of the company, harmonize the corporate atmosphere, and strengthen team cohesion.

　　Although the few days were short, everyone demonstrated the cultural spirit of Jinlong's concerted efforts through practical actions during the tourism activities. Especially in high-altitude areas, some employees experienced altitude sickness and physical discomfort, but colleagues took care of and helped each other, and no one left the team or gave up from beginning to end. Through this activity, everyone has come to a deeper understanding that firm confidence is the courage to challenge difficulties, teamwork is the foundation for overcoming difficulties, and hard work is the guarantee for realizing dreams.
