Our company provides training for newly recruited salespersons

　　From March 8th to 13th, our company conducted a six day training on relevant knowledge for a newly recruited batch of sales employees.

　　In the brief six days, everyone visited various projects and subsidiaries of the company, gaining a preliminary understanding of industry and company development trends, product production processes and applications. The culture of Jinlong deeply moved everyone. The rich and vivid team style training enables new employees to quickly come together and deeply understand the inherent meaning of unity as strength.

　　The training ended in a pleasant small summary symposium, with the participation of senior leaders and some old employees. General Manager Bian Yufu gave everyone a message for new employees: "Be prepared for the future, have a rational understanding of the people and things around you, and have team spirit and innovative consciousness in work."
