Our company has established an assessment department

　　To strengthen internal management, enhance supervision mechanisms, improve the external image of the company, increase the safety and environmental awareness of all employees, improve work efficiency, and ensure steady and healthy development of the company. Our company has recently established an assessment department, which is directly responsible to the general manager. The establishment of the assessment department has further strengthened the management institutionalization of our company.

　　The main job responsibilities of this department are to regularly or irregularly supervise and verify various aspects of the company's internal work (including employees' ideological status), timely expose, punish, and order rectification of any violations, disciplinary violations, and other adverse phenomena found. Each assessment must be compiled into written form and reported to the general manager.
